Harrisburg is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Harrisburg follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The choose was in excellent shape. Rumors that they are losing money are a lie. The views are serene. Food was great. Carts were in great condition. Data centers are threatening this course. Please save it!!! The data centers can use abandoned buildings in the city where they can use city water instead of beautiful landscape and farms. Let's renovate inner city instead of destroying our countryside.

I made it a point to see this course before it's bulldozed, and it's a shame. The bones of this place are as good as any upper end public I've played and competitve with private, if conditions are to reputation. Plenty of elevation changes, uneven lies, interesting contours. The course is very fair and challenging in spots, where it gives in one way it takes away in another in the best way possible. Still... you can't argue when a company comes in with a x10 offer but it's a terrible thing to lose recreation space that will NEVER EVER be reclaimed from corporate America. Hopefully the county will do the right thing and create a high quality executive course to satisfy the local player needs. While there I saw literally every part of society, kids, old folks, white, black, indian, etc. The public deserves a nice place to play.

I played at Dauphin this week and thoroughly enjoy this course. Well maintained and could be excellent if the golfers playing there raked traps, filled divots and repaired ball marks. Green rolled well for a public course. Pace of play - 5 hours😩. Offset by playing with great other guests.

Challenging course with bunkers everywhere. Bunkers that never seem to end. Course was well kept.

The course itself was in excellent condition, and my rating has nothing to do with the layout or upkeep. Unfortunately, the experience with the staff overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable round. We booked our tee time online, unaware there was an outing scheduled that day. When we arrived, we were told we’d been paired with another twosome, which is completely normal. However, what wasn’t communicated—and was very frustrating—was that our original tee time had been changed without any notice. From there, things became increasingly confusing. The clubhouse told us one thing, the starter directed us to tee off at 10, then another staff member told us to go to 1, only to be sent back to 10 again. When we finally got to the 10th tee, we were third in line while the 1st tee sat completely open. After waiting about 20 minutes past our scheduled time, we were finally allowed—somewhat reluctantly—to start on 1. Once we actually got on the course, the round itself was very enjoyable. But the disorganization and lack of communication at the start made for one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had at a course. It left a poor impression, especially given how nice the course co
